By confirming your subscription via the email you'll get after you sign up, you give your consent for me to contact you as per the options you selected on sign up. I won't pass your information on to anyone else for any purpose whatsoever. My newsletter will contain marketing for my services. It will also include links to websites and people I have been inspired by, however I would advise you to look at their privacy policies as mine will no longer apply once you go to their pages.
If you contact me to purchase services or event tickets your name, email address and name of the service you purchase or event you attend is added to a password protected spreadsheet, stored on a further protected and securely stored memory stick. These details are required for insurance and tax purposes and will be retained for up to three years.
I make minimal paper notes during coaching sessions which are then typed up and shared with you. The paper records are then destroyed. Notes are encrypted and stored for three years following our final session, at which point they will be deleted.
Oracle readings are provided in writing and are encrypted and stored for three years.
You will not automatically be subscribed to my newsletter and your details will not be shared or sold to any third party, or accessible to anyone other than me.
If you send me a message via the CONTACT ME page, I ask for your name and email address so that I can respond to your questions. If you choose not to book any services, our email conversation and your details will be deleted. Again, this will not be shared with anyone else.

All opinions are my own. When it comes to my blog posts on CFS/ME it’s important to remember it's my personal story in my own words. It includes things I've found out along the way, some good, some not so good. I'm definitely not a medical professional so I can't diagnose you or tell you exactly what you should do. I'm happy to help you find the path that's right for you through my coaching offering, but the ultimate decision lies with you.
You can borrow my photos or quote me, but please remember to link back to me here, and let me know that's what you've done.
Oracle readings: It's worth noting that I don't do readings on legal or medical questions, offer specific financial advice or tell you what to do. That's always your choice, so I'm not responsible for your actions as a result of a reading I provide. I don't offer refunds as you're paying for my time, rather than the messages that come up.
