Mindfulness – it’s a bit of a buzz word. It’s defined by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre as “moment to moment awareness of one’s experience, without judgement.” But how do you do that in practice?
I’ll share tips on bringing mindfulness into your every day with minimal effort for maximum benefit and guide you through a mindful moment you can easily practice at home, leaving you feeling more calm and ready to face anything!
