So what's a circle?
It's a safe place. A place to be you. A place to reconnect with you. A place to learn and share. A place to tell your story. To find connection with other women. To learn to love yourself. To heal and to grow. A spiritual practice in itself.
There'll be guided meditations, breathing exercises, journal prompts and sharing spaces each month, covering a different topic each time, occasionally with guest teachers too.
The purpose of these sessions is to give you space and time for yourself, to focus on you and what you need. They'll help you tune in to your true, authentic self. They'll give you chance to reflect, to release stress and take part in practices that empower you and build your confidence.
With each session you'll have more tools at your fingertips to help you create a life you love.
No experience necessary. Its fun and informal.
All you need to do is bring a journal/notebook and a bottle of water. Maybe a blanket if you like to get cosy when you meditate. And an open heart of course!
Two hours in a beautiful, calming setting in Worcester. 7.30pm-9.30pm once a month.
This gathering takes place in the upstairs room at the Barn; the stairs are located outside. Unfortunately this makes it an inaccessible venue for those with mobility problems.
